Making a Purchase

Orders may be placed through the online shop and paid for directly with PayPal.

Even if you don’t have an account with PayPal you can still pay with a credit or debit card by following the PayPal instructions.

Once you have placed an order you will receive a conformation email from both Pay Pal and Angela Kelly Jewellery to confirm receipt of your order.

In stock items will be dispatched within 2 - 4 working days

Items which are marked as made to order will be dispatched within14 working days but often much quicker.

Please note each piece of jewellery on this site is handmade and may vary very slightly from the original photo.

If you require your order quickly please contact us and we will endeavour to help.

Once we receive your order we prepare your item for delivery. You may cancel your order at any time. If you wish to do this we ask that you contact us as soon as possible by phone 028 6632 8741 or email info@angelakellyjewellery.com

Delivery Charges

Postage to the UK and Ireland is charged at £3 and orders are sent out by royal mail 1st class recorded delivery. International orders may be subject to an additional charge please contact us for further information.


Every care is taken when packaging the jewellery but if it should arrive damaged please let us know by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt.

If for any reason you are not happy with your goods again you must let us know within 48 hours of receipt.

To qualify for a refund goods must be returned unused in there original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

We recommend that items being returned are sent recorded delivery as we do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post. Items are the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage on exchanged or refunded goods unless the goods are returned due to a fault in which case we will refund you the postage.

Any item which has been commissioned especially to your requirements is not returnable.

When ordering rings it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they order the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size may be resized but this may be subject to a charge.

In the interest of fraud prevention your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 30 days of the receipt of the return.


Good are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling.

Privacy Policy At Angela Kelly Jewellery, the information you submit to us, your name, address, e-mail address and billing details, are done so in the strictest confidence. It will be used for the sole purpose of processing your transactions with us. The information will not be used for any other purpose. The information will not be sold, traded, shared or passed under any circumstances to a third party.
